more data problem

I posted an earlier DATA IMPORT problem. Basically I cannot import some data from web to excel. In the process of trying to figure this out I have found that in my computer management event viewer for applications I have been recieving information on an event with source as ESENT. It states wuauclt(2348) The database engine stopped. I believe the ESENT pertains to Microsoft Windows NT Server Database Storage Engine. Some where some how the data gets way layed and will not import into excel. XP Pro sp1 Office 03 Pro. I can't understand why the data from one sight will import but the data from another absolutely will not. What could I be missing here? Please pass along any discussion as it can only help at this point. Thanks

I was able to fix this trip up. If there is anyone else out there who ends up with this same frustration, there are several things which should be done to troubleshoot. However, you might want to start by using the reset defaults buttons, not just manually resetting!!!!, in all areas of your internet options, especially security and advanced tabs. Happy excelling!
