EntireRow.Delete Not what I want

I am using .EntireRow.Delete to clear data from all cells in a row. My problem is that it is clearing all of the formatting (borders, dropdown lists, etc.) how do I simply clear the data in the cells of that row without removing the row or messing up the formatting and not removing the lists?

you can go and highlight entire row by click9ing in left margin where rows are numbered. press Delete and all data in that row will be deleted without disturbing format.
