Extract Data into Categories/Columns from ALL being in One Mixed Column

I extracted data from PDF into a spreadsheet, and now I need to put all the data - according to name, email, address etc. into separate columns, so it is usable.

All categories of data are in 1 column at the moment - mixed up.

How can I sort this into columns according to category?
I'd be really grateful if you can help. I posted a sample of the file here.
    Thanks a lot.

    I tried using A-PDF Data extractor -
    http://www.a-pdf.com/data-extractor/

    - but when trying to complete extraction the following message comes up 'Invalid variant operation'.
I followed all instructions, and extraction failed.

is this you are looking for !!

Extract the data in from A2 onwards and in first formula which is in C2 change where ever you see 141 change it to 15000 to add more rows to suit your requirements and then press control shift and Enter as it is a array formula and will not work with control and Enter then drag formula top to bottom and left to right

if this solves your query mark thread as solved and click " * " in the left hand corner to say thanks (Add Rep icon)

Thanks a lot for your help. Unfortunately I'm unable to follow the instructions in the file you uploaded.
Can you please explain step by step how I ought to apply the formula? I tried copying it and then pasting it in another sheet with the same data and nothing happens - it gives: Error.
I'm not very good at s/sheets and I'm using Open Office. Thanks again.

in C1 type what you want like address D1 type other criteria
Then copy the formula from the sheet i uploaded and select C2 copy formula and select C2 in your sheet with double click paste the formula and press control and shift and enter you will see curly braces around the formula(this is how you enter this formula)

    2. if there is a company name and nothing is written in from of company name formula will not return the company name it will return error

if still you are not able to do it you can upload your workbook
