Not all open workbooks listed in "Window" menu.

Hi there, quick question..

When I open xls files from my hard drive or network, then others through the web they are not all listed under the "window" menu.
I would like move worksheets from one book to another, but the other workbooks aren't listed their either.

It's almost as if opening an excel doc through the web starts a totally separate copy of excel that doesn't mix with the others.

Basically all of the excel docs from the hard drive show together, and the web ones are separate.

Is there an option to correct this? I can save to my hard drive then open them again, but this isn't very efficient.
