    Tracking Spreadsheet

I need to create a tracking tool to flag the user when specific evaluations need to be performed based upon specific time frames. I started using a few formulas within the conditional formating option but it doesn't seem to be working.

Attached is a sample file & this what I am trying to accomplish:
Current = Green (this would be >=2months from current date or today
Pending (2 months from expiration) = Yellow
Warning (1 month from expiration) = Red

Is this even possible to do within the conditional formatting options? If not, any other suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Tutta

    Hi!

Seems you have a text/number problem.

Select D8:P14 and convert those cells to numbers (they all have ' in front of them: get rid of it: you can use find/replace)

Then choose a suitable format for those cells: custom mm-yy for example.
