    Help with formatting data

Recently ran into a formatting nightmare with a new batch of data I'll be receiving monthly. I've attached a mock example of what the bad data looks like as well as a copy of what I need to get it to look like before it becomes useful.

Essentially I need to separate out the contact info which this company places inbetween the actual data, as well as take out the sum of invoices and apply a fee structure to the invoice amounts.

Formula for fee is 20% of EXPENSE and 10% of PERSONAL. That should be a simple "if" statement to pull off that calculation which I can write, but I then need to get the sum of all the invoice fees and place it into the fee column of the clean data sheet.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can possibly pull this off to clean up the data? Right now we have to have someone manually pick through the data and add things up in order for us to match this to our database. I considered trying to filter it through access but all the table breaks would make that a nightmare as well.

Hoping someone might have some ideas as this data will only come to us in the format so we're stuck with it.

    Thanks in advance,
