Got To Figure This Out. Data Transfer?

Cannot get data into excel from websites. Got to be missing a crucial setting. I have 2 computers networked and they seem to be the problem as the one which is not part of the network imports like a dream with same wireless connecton. The 2 networked computers have XP pro and the dreamy old pentium 3 computer has 98. Some how the data I try to import from the internet gets interupted short of excel. If I copy and paste it I have the same failure with the refresh. Office 2003 pro. I have done everything I and my programming friends can come up with but still no dice. Any ideas you could possibly spark me up with.

I was able to fix this trip up. If there is anyone else out there who ends up with this same frustration, there are several things which should be done to troubleshoot. However, you might want to start by using the reset defaults buttons, not just manually resetting!!!!, in all areas of your internet options, especially security and advanced tabs. Happy excelling!
