Is it possible to have a pivot table that automatically takes into account
any new rows that are added to the base table?

    Try Debra's page at:

    http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot01.html

Scroll down a bit, look for: Use a dynamic data source

    Hi Phil

note, even using the method outlined at Debra's site you still need to press
the REFRESH button to update the pivot table.
