Search for 2 values at same time

I have an excell sheet with columns city and comercename i would like to make a dinamic cell that searches for city=Lisbon & comercename=cars and it would search the entire database and crate an output with all entries witch respected city=lisbon and comercename=cars. How to?

I would say to use a pivot table.... you can then narrow down your results easily
