Hi I am new to excel, so please be patient!! ( I only started using it this afternoon!)

I have a book that contains loads of sheets of info and I need to be able to extract a single sheet to send to a supplier. The problem is that I don't want to send all the info to the supplier and also the sheet I want to send has lots of named references to other sheets. I need to save a sheet as "something else" that only contains values, not references.

How do I do this?
