Header Problem

I have a spreadsheet where I am repeating the first three rows of the
workbook at the top as the header. I was wondering if there was a way to
include the sheet # of total # of sheets in one of these rows. In other
words, is there a formula that I can include in a cell that shows: (Current
sheet number) of (total number of sheets)?

What you ask is not possible in Excel. You would be better served to use the page numbering system built into the Headers/Footers option.

View>Header and Footer...

Click Custom Header (or Footer) and enter this in your choice of Left, Center or Right:

Page &[Page] of &[Pages]

click OK twice and then Print Preview to see how this looks.
