File Combine 123 to Excel

Lotus had a great feature File Combine basiclly took several sheets imported the data into 1 master document. It overwrote the data evertime the marco ran.

So I need an excel formula that takes 5 or so different spreadsheets which merges them into one master doc then everytime the marco is run, it does not add new tabs, however, overwrites the data.

Any Suggestions...
