How to copy a formula as text to another cell?

Is there an easy way to copy formulas as text to other cells (for use as a
    reference)?

Put an apostrophe before the formula and it will be converted to a text.

You can also just not copy the = or edit it out after pasting the formula.

If this is just for occasional reference and not something to takeup space
all the time, it may be worth looking at Tools>Options>View & put a check in
the box for Formulas, go back and remove the check when you're done.
Keystroke: Ctrl+` (Grave Accent, right above the Tab key) to toggle formulas
    on/off.

Hope this is of use to you |:>)
