Validation Lists

Is there any way to increase the size (Font Size) of validation lists?
I have a timesheet that utilizes these lists and the overall document
size is huge. When selecting the validation list, it shows up as 10 or
12 pt font and you can't read it when viewed at the proper zoom
setting.
