display intersection value for 2 lines

    hi,
I have a linear graph with the present value of 2 different companies for a given payment. I did a 2 way data table to get the values. how do I display the point of intersection? ideally, this would display in another cell, but if it were only on the graph, that would be ok. is there a certain formula to find the instersection point of 2 lines? in other words, I need to find the payment the gives the 2 companies the same present value. here is the table.

Lease PMT Lessee's NAL Lessor's NPV
    $11,512 $18,716
    $455,000 ($32,211) $87,590
    $450,000 ($21,280) $70,371
    $445,000 ($10,349) $53,153
    $440,266 $0 $36,850
    $440,000 $582 $35,934
    $435,000 $11,512 $18,716
    $430,000 $22,443 $1,497
    $429,565 $23,394 $0
    $425,000 $33,374 ($15,721)
    $420,000 $44,305 ($32,940)
    $415,000 $55,236 ($50,159)

    thanks in advance
    greg

I put your data in a2:c12

    The point of intersection is:

    =(INTERCEPT(B2:B12,$A$2:$A$12)-INTERCEPT(c2:c12,$A$2:$A$12))/
    (SLOPE(C2:C12,$A$2:$A$12)-SLOPE(b2:b12,$A$2:$A$12))

    $433,721 by your data
not a professional, just trying to assist.....
