menu format>cells>Border

Art

You should type your question in the body, not the heading.
You can either use <Format>, <Cells>, <Borders and Lines> on the top menu,
or click on the down arrow next to the borders icon on the Format toolbar.

Obviously, you would select the range of cells that you want to border,
before doing this.
