    Applying same calculation on various cells

    How can I apply a basic calculation (f.ex. multiplied by 12) on variuous cells?

    Create a formula referencing a cell with your constant (e.g. 12).

    Example: in cell A1 place your constant (e.g.12)

    Assuming your cells to apply this formula to are in column B1:B??, in C1 enter:

    =B1*$A$1

    copy this formula down col. C to the end of data in col. B
