Cell Navigation

I am not a new user to Excel, but am not a god of it either. In nearly every version of excel, I can move throughout cells with the arrow keys. However on my new laptop, which has XP, when I hit an arrow key, the view scrolls over (right, left, up, down) not the cell selected moving.

Did something get changed in the settings? Is there a way to rectify this?

All input would be greatly apprectiated.
