How do I change 'Find and Replace' options to search by columns by default?

I was wondering how to change the 'Find and Replace' options to search by columns by default?

When you go into Find and replace and select Options. The options are pre-set to:
'Search by Rows' and 'Look in Formulas'.

We do alot of work with spreadsheets and it would save a lot of time if I could get the options to default to :
'Search by Columns' and 'Look in Values'.

I would appreciate any help that you could provide.
    Thanks

Don't think it's possible without using a Macro.

If you want help in doing a macro + possibly a button; watch this: http://www.datapigtechnologies.com/ExcelMain.htm
