i have a question.

the records that i have are all in column A , for example in A1 is the project name , A2:A6 studen names , next project name in A7 and the students A8:A15 , the the number of student could range from 1 to 30 for every project, the one thing that can help is that all the students names have 2 emplty spaces before their name.

i want to populate a report, and reach report represent one project only, with the students involved.

will i have to use VB which i dont know, or is there another way to make a filter from a list of the project names which i will have on anothere sheet.
