Count # of times a range of numbers appear

I have a list of numbers and i need to know how many numbers fall between certain ranges for example...

0-30
31-60
61-90
91+


I was easily able to do the 0-30 and 91+ with a countif statement. But for the life of me i cant figure out a way to do it with the criteria being a range of numbers. I know i can do it if i list out all of the numbers and then select those numbers in a range to lookin for hte criteria but there has to be a better way. any advice?
