How to turn positive numbers in a column to negative numbers ?

Can somebody tell me how to turn a column of positive numbers into negative ones ?

Hi
One quick way....type -1 in a blank cell then copy it, now select your column go to Edit/Paste Special and select Multiply....hit ok.
