From my Excel Menu bar, the 'Tools' option is missing. I have already tried to get it back with this command:

but this does not work. It does work for any of the other options in the Menubar, but just not for 'Tools'. The ID number is correct, as it does work on someone else's PC.

Anyone have any other ideas?
