Urgent! Need to "find and replace" a question mark

sorry for the dupe. this is too urgent.

apprarently, my excel translate the "?" as any value.

therefore, i have fields such as "fhbdt460?846a7f78" where i need to just delete the "?".

any codes/help to make the function pick up the "?" as a value and not as any string.

Use the Tilde character (~) (the shifted key just to the left of the number 1) in front of the ? in your search criteria.

Find What: ~?

will find the ? character within a string.
