I have this type of excel report structure.
I want create a simple chart for John,Smith 8164. I have to do this daily
and I wanted to automize this process. I have about 20 employee names and
cells position may change from one report to another. What kind of loop/or
function/code can help me to proceed?

umm...you are going to have to give quite a bit more detail, before anyone can help you. What does the source file look like. What does the end result need to look like. etc, etc.
