Can Excel Export Data to Word Format?

I have a spreadsheet with rows of data, just like a database. I would like to
create a report of this data in Word format. It has to be in Word as this
will be a document to be edited later on and turned into a book.

Can Excel export this data to a Word document? I have Excel ver 2000 and
there doesn't seem to be this option. I do not want to use Copy/Paste method,
as this will simply create a very large table in Word which can be messy. I
don't want the Word document to have tables.

Does the newest version of Excel able to save the spreadsheet as a Word
    document (ideally with no tables).

    Thanks

    Hi

    1. Select the range you want to copy to Word.
    2. Hold down your "Shift" key, keep it depressed.
    3. Select "Edit>Copy Picture" .
    4. Access your Word document and "Paste"
