Cell Overflow and Hyperlinks

hey guys,
couple questions. i have a cell that contains a formula in it. the number that results from the formula is too large and turns into ####. my question is, is there a way to keep that number from turning into #### when i shrink the size of the cell?? in other words, i'd rather have the cell overflow.

also, will multiple hyperlinks work in text boxes? can i assign different words different hyperlinks within one single text box?

finally, is there a way to make my excel hyperlinks work once a create a PDF file out of it? my file will be sent out as a pdf.
