    Formatting a List

I think this is an easy question, I'm not sure how to executed it.

I have a list of ID numbers that need to be formatted the same. ie
    "12345",
    "23456",

I need to apply quotes and a comma to each cell.

    Any Ideas?

    thanks
    pete

Assuming that Column A contains your list...

    B1, copied down:

    =CHAR(34)&A1&CHAR(34)&","

Then, select the new column, in this case Column B...

    1) Edit > Copy

    2) Edit > Paste Special > Values > Ok

    Hope this helps!
