basically i have weekly timesheets from the last 9 weeks, all in the same format, each with a pivottable summarising the data in that sheet.

what i have to do is basically add those pivottables together to produce a pivottable that sums up each of these other 9 tables.

i dont have a problem copying the sheet with the pivottables into a single workbook if this is how it must be done and im not bothered how i do it as long as the master pivottable adds up the values in the others.

i have 4 fields, Station, Discipline, Log and value. basically i need to grab all the stations with the disciplines that blone to them, the logs that belong to the disciplines and then for each one add up all the values so that i basically have a master pivottable which has all the available stations disciplines and logs and a grand total of the values for those from the other 9 tables.

this may not even be possible but i need to somehow come up with the result and i have to do it quick.

any ideas?
