Hi,

I was recently upgraded to Office 2002/XP where I maintain a form that was developed in Excel 2000. I have only had minor issues arise with the macros behind this form, but have noticed that the buttons (drawn objects) to trigger the macros are either totally or partially invisible when viewing the form on the screen. Some objects are partially visible, while others are totally gone. Even text boxes that have borders show the text, but not the border itself. I changed the formatting of them to print and they are definately there, just invisible on the screen.

When doing a screen print for submission of a clarify case to my IT department, I realized this same thing is happening in Word. My screen print is not visible unless I drag my mouse over to highlight the whole thing. The selection box around the image is visible if object is selected, but actual picture is not.

The strangest thing about it is if I have NetMeeting open and minimized ALL images are visible. Close NetMeeting and they are gone. I found this quite by accident as I had to do a NetMeeting with someone and when I activated NetMeeting all the buttons on the form appeared. Same thing in Word, if I activate NetMeeting the screen prints appear and upon closing NetMeeting it disappears.

We are stumped.....If anyone knows of a fix for this, I would greatly appreciate knowing about it. I have a feeling that as more of the 150+ sales reps using this form switch over to Office 2002 they may run into the same problem. I want to be able to give them some advice.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this very bizarre issue or bug.

Tammy

P.S. This web site is simply wonderful. I normally can find answers to any Excel questions without posting, but this one has me baffled.
