Question Fill Color and Font Color stay Black and White

When my boss opens a spreadsheet with Fill Colors and Font Colors they appear Black and White under the normal view. However, under Print Preview, they show up correctly. This just started happening, but he can't remember what he may have done to cause this and I can't find anything. Any ideas?

    Solved

The solution is to turn off the High Contrast setting in the Display tab of the Accessiblity Options control panel in Windows XP. The Settings button allows you to turn off the shortcut key (left ALT - left Shift - PrintScr) which is probably how it got turned on by accident.
