How do I remove outlook headers from my excel worksheet?

I can't figure out how to. I can't drag it off like I can other toolbars
(formatting, etc.) I can't find anything about outlook in any of the
    submenus.

I have XP, by the way, and I have no idea how the email stuff got into excel.

By headers, I mean there is an email toolbar, where I can choose a from
address and enter to addresses, and choose a priority, etc. It's really
    annoying.

    Maybe it's as simple as:

    File|Send to|"Uncheck" Mail recipient.

That icon on "mail recipient" is difficult to distinguish between on and off
    (for me at least).
