Excel bold not printing

Very strange problem,
certain users cant print the bold sections of their worksheets, however when i print it for them the bold type comes out fine. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Are you printing to the same printer they are? Is this a special font that is bolded? Usually, this type of error is a printer issue. Make sure all users have the latest printer drivers intalled.

I am printing to the same printer as they are. Get this one, when I log on as one of the problem users on to a machine the bold doesn't print, save the document locally and log on as me and voila it prints the bold fields just fine. I unbolded one column from a problem user and it printed, rebolded it and it disappears. The bold shows up on the print preview but not on the printed sheet. Thanks for the reply any info is greatly appreciated. I am going to look into the document and try saving it as an older version of excel just to test. If you have any suggestions to try bring em on!!
