Need help with Cell formats

Hi. we have a spreadsheet. Some cells have formulas and we want to make it stand out from other cells so that data entry people can ignore those cells. But we don't want special formats for those cells to print. I tried filling those cells with a different color but this will print out. Using a different font color will not work. We don't want to use different font because they will print out differently. Protecting those cells is an option but we really want to make them stand out somehow without printing that special format. I wonder if anybody tried this before. Any help would be appreciated.

Here are two options:
One is to use different text color. Dark blue for Input values. Black for Formulas. Explain this somewhere for the user.
Lock the workbook. (Don't need a password) Menu: Tools>Protection but remember to unlock the cells the user shall input values to; rightclick on the cells. Select Format cell and select tab>protection and unclick Locked.
