I have an excel sheet that has following format
row1: John Martin, Mary Katlin
row2: Gary Bon
row3:Mark Tiger, pat partion, Sally Gain, Todd Hinulo
How do I convert this format so that each name will in in its own row? It is not only 3 rows but I have about 100 rows
I like it to be like this:
row1: John Martin
row2: Mary Katlin
row3: Gary Bon
row4: mark Tiger
row5: pat partion
row6: Sally Gain
row6: Todd Hinulo

Try Data/Text To columns.... comma delimited.
Copy columns one under the other then sort to get rid of blanks.
