    Convert excel file to flat text file

    How can I convert an excel file to a flat text file with no decimals, commas,
    slashes or dashes

    To add to that, changing the column widths will change how many spaces are
    included between cells (horizontally). Using a non-proportional font, like
    Courier, makes this consistent.
