Is there a simple way to insert one contact from outlook into Excel? MS Word
has a simple way to insert one contact into a document. Is it possible to
insert a contact into excel in the same way?.

I also want the contact to be formatted as shown below:

INVOICE:
Jim Doe
111222 Somewhere Rd.
My City, CA 45612
(312)555-1212
