Comparing columns between two excel sheets

Can someone help me. I do backups on a daily schedule. Given the spreadsheet called “A” which is a list of all clients and current backup policy as of last week, and the file “B” which is a snapshot list of servers in our supported environment, does someone have a clever way to determine which systems are in “B” that are not in “A”? The clients are listed in column M in spreadsheet A and this column may have multiple client names listed due to a policy that includes multiple clients in the netbackup schedule.

Can someone guide me or help me with a formula for this. ?

This is what i have but nt sure if its right and its nt working. Can someone take a look

=VLOOKUP(Sheet2!A1:A725, Sheet1!A1:A1691,A184:B1691,FALSE)

Im just comaring a column on one sheet and comparing with a column on another sheet to see whats common in both and possibly let me know in sheet 2 column B

Both books have a formula in the last column to indicate if the item is in the other book. Choose which one you want.

I created a new Column in File 'A' next to Column 'M' & added the below Formula.

Your Formula has 2 Arrays to search for the value where there should only be one.
