how do i colourfill validated cells ?

as above, i have created a workbook with cells that have dropdown menus, now
need to colourfill validation cells so when selected carry colour fill and
text over to worksheet .

Look up 'Highlight cells that meet specific conditions' in the Answer
wizard in help

Thanks Bob, this sort of helped but could only get 1 cell to format with one
colour, no others would format , will keep trying anyway,

You should be able to get 3 conditions, which gives 4 colours if you use a
default.
