How do I add/remove a text watermark in an Excel spreadsheet?

I have a spreadsheet that has a watermark on each page saying "Page x". It
does not print, but is there online including if you try to paste it into a
Word document. I would like to remove it, plus know how to add one if I
ever want to.

Change View

View>Normal in the menu bar
