Help formatting 1.00 to show 1.00 and NOT 1

I've tried every FORMAT idea I can muster. I've got a column of numbers with
either 0, 1 or 2 numbers to the right of the decimal. I need to consistanly
    have 2 decimals.

    Format, cells, number
then choose number of decimal places, and whether you want thousands separator

    Format, cells, custom
    0.00
    #.00
    #,###.00

More information on formatting can be found in several places within
