Highlight text

Does anyone know how to highlight text off of jpeg or pdm? I want to take the text and put it into an excel file or word.
I have not been able to find anything that will convert jpeg to word.

hi,
I don't think you will find anthing that will convert jpeg to word.
images are pictures. xl, word can't see it as individual letters and words.
they just see a bunch of pixels as a single object. they can't parce out
pieces of it. you can
crop it but you still left with a bunch of pixels as a single object.
someone may be working on that and unless there is a new development that i
haven't heard about yet, you are trying to do something that can't be done.

You can't in Excel or word but you can do it in Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.
