If you mean more than the 56 in the colour palette, then no I don't think
so. You can change the colours in that palette though if some are too
similar.

Not more in number - you are limited to the ~40 on the palette. However, you
can go to Tools| Options | Colors and change any or all of the colors on the
palette.
