    NEED A PART OF THE TABLE TO REMAIN IN THE SCREEN, HOW??

    need a part of the table to remain in the screen wyl the rest of the date
    should be able to scroll. like the headings in the table to be shown wyl the
    data can be scanned by scrolling down??

    Select the row you would like to be stationary and Window->Freeze Panes

    One way
    Show the data you want to display and then Windows>Freeze Panes
    Alternative
    At the top of the horizonital scroll bar and the right of the vertical there
    is a small line that you can grab with your mouse. Drag this to any location
    desired to split the window.
