Error 462 Remote server

I have coded for macro which extracts data from access table puts in excel and sends it in excel format via email. It does't allow me to send the requistion twice. it generates an error 462 "Remote server does not exists or it is unvailable"on adding query to the workbook i.e in this code. This eror occurs when i clear all instances of excel in the memory i.e close the process excel.exe.

Could anyone have a solution to this?
