    Automatic Shading of Cells

Isn't there a way to have Excel automatically color the cell for you based on
the equation. For example, if the variance is less than 5%, I need to the
cell to be green and if is greater than 5%, I need the cell to be red. Any
help you can give is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
