Ctrl-Shift-Arrow combination does not work

I'mnot sure if somebody changed my options, what I used to do to select
several cells using "Ctrl-Shift-left" does not work.

Is there any option that I should select or de-select ?

Anybody, HELP !

Hopefully you want to work with all Transition options off, but
you may have turned some of them on or off.
tools, options, transition(tab), turn them all off for best results
