    Default Border, Font Color, and Cell Background Color

    Is there a way to change the default Border, Font Color, and Cell
    Background Color in excel? By default it uses Underlined, Yellow, and
    Red respectively.

    I sort of thought this one might go unanswered ; )

    Bump, and anyone have any ideas. Is it in the registry possibly?
