How do I use the keyboard to move between tabs in a workbook?

I have 25 worksheets in a workbook and want to use the keyboard to move to
the next tab or to another tab. Is this possible?

Use CTL+PageDown to go to the next sheet. CTR+PageUp to the previous one.
