Change Xcel Amortization from 30 years to 40 years?

In using Xcel Mortgage Amortization templates, I find they are limited to a
30-year amortization. I would like to change them to 40 years or more. The
worksheets are protected, but I am unable to "fill down" the columns to get
them to calculate beyond 30 years.

I don't know anything about Xcel Mortgage, but amortization tables aren't that
complicated. One thing you might try is copying the data to a new spreadsheet,
which you should then be able to extend. Either that, or build your own
    amortization table.
